Come join us on Wednesdays from 10:30-11:45am at Old Town Yoga! This class is designed to help anyone who has a health condition or is interested in working on specific areas of their body and mind. This class will help students work with their current state of health and progress at their own pace to increase the effectiveness of each practice. Adaptations for each individual will be offered to help them achieve their specific goals in a small group setting and class themes will change periodically so that students can focus on a specific goal for a set period of time and help them progress towards overall wellness. Class themes such as yoga for chronic low back pain, upper back, neck and shoulders, knee pain and health, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, arthritis, sleep wellness, chronic stress/depression/anxiety, healthy aging, balance and strength, increased vitality, etc. will be facilitated by our certified yoga therapist, Barb Gibson, to help students receive focused attention while they work towards their goals in each class.
