Come join us for this specialty class that will help you connect to your body center attuning your mental focus to enhance overall physical strength and stability. Moving from your center generates a strengthening force powering up your body while protecting the surrounding joints (i.e., sacrum, low back, hips, and even your upper body) so you can increase the potency of your movements while keeping your body safe. The breath is the key to attuning your focus and awareness in the core, and in this class, you will learn several breath techniques to hone your core focus during and outside of movement.
