My services merge Eastern and Western mind-body approaches through classical yoga techniques and modern yoga therapy for healing and wellness. Everyone consists of different parts and these parts play into each other like an orchestra to make us whole. I’m here to help you work with and integrate them for overall integrity of health.

I use evidence-based techniques to affect positive change, and I’m passionate about combining yoga research with clinical service to offer yoga that best targets and addresses my clients’ goals and interests. I’m highly skilled working with the musculoskeletal system and biomechanics of the body and conditions that affect physiological, emotional, and mental states.
