Welcome to exploring yoga therapy with me. I am Barb Gibson, Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), MS, and I am passionate about helping others improve their overall wellbeing to live more functional, meaningful, and joyful lives. Yoga therapy is a powerful tool for healing and overall wellbeing. I am passionate about helping others learn that yoga can be a great support and healer in our lives. My services merge Eastern and Western mind-body approaches through modern yoga therapy and classical yoga techniques for healing and wellness. I am highly-skilled working with the musculoskeletal system and the biomechanics of the body as well as with conditions that affect physiological systems and our emotions and mind. You will explore yoga tools and techniques and functional lifestyle activities in a welcoming and safe space leading to increased awareness in your body and mind to help you attain your goals during and after our work together. I am devoted to helping others navigate life's challenges, learn how to optimize overall health, cultivate personal growth, and find more ease and focus in the physical, mental, emotional, and deep connective parts of their lives.
