I intentionally use yoga to support your individual needs, interests, and challenges to influence a positive direction of change.


I’m Barb, a yoga therapist and mindbody coach.

I am passionate about sharing yoga to help you achieve your health goals. Yoga is a multi-dimensional system and by focusing on one system, we improve others, creating a balanced, whole sense of health. Yoga integrates your body and mind allowing you to detect your body’s subtle cues and your mind’s role in order to hone your body and behaviors for improved health. My love and passion of yoga and helping others is what drives me to create individualized programs that are enjoyable, beneficial, and align with who you are and what you need. I also am a yoga research professional who enjoys participating in clinical research interventions.

MY APPROACH

I am devoted to helping others optimize overall health, cultivate personal growth, overcome challenges, and integrate their physical, mental, and emotional parts together into the whole of their lives. My services merge Eastern and Western mind-body approaches through classical yoga techniques and modern yoga therapy for healing and wellness. Everyone consists of different parts and these parts play into each other like an orchestra to make us whole. I’m here to help you work with and integrate them for overall integrity of health.

I use evidence-based techniques to affect positive change, and I’m passionate about combining yoga research with clinical service to offer yoga that best targets and addresses my clients’ goals and interests. I’m highly skilled working with the musculoskeletal system and biomechanics of the body, chronic illness, and mental health conditions.

I offer in-person sessions in NE Ohio and telehealth sessions outside this area.
