1:1 yoga
1:1 yoga with Barb allows you to focus on your specific needs and goals. During each 75-minute session, you will learn yoga tools and techniques that support your current state and these evolve with your changing needs and goals. Tools and techniques can include breathwork, mindful movement, relaxation, meditation, sound, ritual, contemplative practices, or others that resonate with your interests and needs and support your healing process. Short discussions at the beginning of each session will help guide the direction of the session for Barb to incorporate in your wellness program. Following each session, Barb will send you your yoga and lifestyle tools so that you can immediately start them at home to affect positive change and transformation.

Your first session with Barb is an intake session and 90 minutes in length where you and Barb will decide what goals to initially focus on and you will leave with yoga tools to start at home. Subsequent sessions are 75-minutes and build upon earlier sessions for a comprehensive healing package.
Payments are currently accepted via cash, check, and credit card
Please check with your health savings account (HSA) or flexible savings account (FSA) plan to see if yoga therapy and/or yoga is covered since many HSA's/FSA’s consider yoga therapy/yoga an allowable expense as more physicians and health practitioners are prescribing yoga for their patients
