During a I:I yoga session with me, you’ll receive valuable personalized insights and guidance based on your unique goals and needs. We’ll explore a variety of tools and techniques in each session, which may include mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, relaxation practices, rituals, sound healing, contemplative practice, and more. Each I:I yoga session is intuitively created to best support where you are in your healing journey.

How I:I yoga can serve you

With me by your side, you can more fully tap into your own potential and strength, with real-time feedback and practices tailored just for you. Instead of going through the motions or trying to follow along in an online class, I:I yoga therapy can save you time, money, and energy, by giving you exactly what you need in the moment to move you forward toward your goals. Whether you are looking to feel more capable in your body after illness or injury, gain mobility for athletic performance, or simply make the most out of yoga’s life-changing methods, I:I yoga therapy is a great investment.

What to expect when you work with me

Your first yoga therapy session is 90 minutes long, and includes a thorough intake questionnaire and discussion of your unique physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness goals. During this first session, we’ll clarify our initial focus and I’ll give you some personalized yoga tools for you to get started with at home.

Each subsequent yoga therapy session is 75 minutes, and will begin with a short conversation about your intentions or goals for the practice and overall wellness plan. After the session, I will share some mindful tools and techniques for you to implement before I see you again.

The more regularly you commit to your yoga therapy journey, the more benefits you’ll receive. Together, we can discuss the optimal session frequency for you to see your desired results.
